The Longevity Habit is a 280-page personal journey and "how-to" guide for anyone who wants to trade a life of pain and struggle for one of freedom and joy. I am not a doctor or a world-class athlete. I’m an adventurer who refused to accept that my later years had to be defined by decline.
This book is the blueprint of the system I used to reclaim my vitality. It is currently in the final stages of design and will be available soon.
I created a logo based on the Buddhist Tree of Life but without the Buddha. Trees are part of nature; they’re beautiful, and they can live for hundreds of years. They’re very solid but flexible as well. The Azores are full of life and trees.
